grw+ comes from building campaigns for brands with mission. Over the years, we noticed: how brands grow increasingly depends on how creators grow. Both sides need more than a pitch deck and a hashtag.
With Tijen Onaran, we've proven that strategic talent management works: tour, podcast, brand world. Now we're opening this layer to a handful of additional talents we want to work with long-term. Deliberately a handful: Sophie sits on both sides of the table. She builds brands and manages talents herself. This selection is the proof, not a side business.
