Some ideas stick with people and others don't. And that's no coincidence. It has nothing to do with budget. It's about whether someone understood how to give something an identity. That applies to brands, to people, to a single evening.

My background is entrepreneurship — turning ideas into products, scaling products into brands. I'm data-driven; I don't even start without a KPI board. But data tells you what happened. Not what's possible. grw+ is the combination of both. We build events and communities that measurably work and still stick. Not because they're loud — but because they're right.

Who is grw+ the right partner for?
grw+ works with companies that see offsites and events as a real team investment. From startups with 10 people to corporate teams with 200. We primarily operate in the DACH region and Europe.
How does the collaboration work?
We start with a discovery call to understand your goals. Then we develop the concept together — iteratively and collaboratively. Depending on the project, we handle everything from strategy to full production.
What team sizes do you work with?
From intimate leadership retreats with 8 people to large corporate offsites with 200 participants. Size doesn't determine quality — the fit with the team is what matters.
Can you organize international retreats?
Yes. We have our own networks and locations in Bavaria (Alpine Basecamp, 40 min. from Munich) and work internationally — including Cape Town, South Africa, for remote team workations and retreats.
How early should I reach out?
The earlier, the better — but we've also delivered projects with just three weeks' lead time (and generated first investments that same evening). Just get in touch.
