Some ideas stick with people and others don't. And that's no coincidence. It has nothing to do with budget. It's about whether someone understood how to give something an identity. That applies to brands, to people, to a single evening.

My background is entrepreneurship — turning ideas into products, scaling products into brands, leading creators strategically. I'm data-driven; I don't even start without a KPI board. But data tells you what happened. Not what's possible. grw+ is the combination of both. We build campaigns and communities that measurably work and still stick. Not because they're loud — but because they're right.

Who is grw+ the right partner for?
We work with brands that carry good for people or planet in their DNA — and with creators who want more than the next brand deal. Meaning beats reach: if that's your language, we're the right match.
What exactly do you do — campaigns or events?
Both — events are part of the campaign. For brands we deliver four services: Influencer Marketing, UGC/CGC, Experiential (events, activations, pop-ups) and Partner Collabs. Concept, strategy and production from one source.
What's the difference between Brands and Creators?
For brands we do Campaign Building — influencer marketing, UGC/CGC, events and partner collabs as one campaign. For creators we do Creator Management — brand collabs, growth, visibility and negotiation. Both sides feed each other, and we know both worlds.
How does a collaboration work?
Discovery call (30 min, free). If it's a fit, we go into a V-C-I workshop — Vision, Culture, Image. The concept emerges from your answers. Then production, event, impact review. More under Approach.
What does it cost?
Project-dependent. Some formats start at a few thousand euros (e.g. a V-C-I workshop), flagship events can go six figures. For an honest estimate we briefly need your context — just write us.
Where do you operate?
Munich (HQ), Bad Toelz (Alpine Basecamp), Cape Town (South Africa). Projects run across DACH and internationally.
How early should I reach out?
The earlier the better — but we've also delivered projects with just three weeks' lead time (and generated first investments that same evening). Just get in touch.
